Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Kestrel Markets Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
