Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Cobalt Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around San Diego, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
