Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Bridge Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Salt Lake City region. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for packing house output. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
