Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Lumen Meadow Press Partners prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Fort Worth plant, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
