Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Lakeside Foods and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
