Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Clearpath Sparrow Environmental Services Partners serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 665 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
