Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Bright Birch Inspection Services is an inspection company in Columbus with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
