Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Orchard Environmental Services and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for recycling loads. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
