Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Greenridge Basin Foods is a St. Louis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
