Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Greenridge Vale Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
