Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Lumen Pine Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
