Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Wren Farms and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 127 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
