Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Kestrel Markets and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
