Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Maple Manufacturing and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
