Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Drift Foods is a Boise food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
