Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Markets Partners and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
