Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Keystone Farms and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for packing house output. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
