Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Fernwood Clear Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
