Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Logistics grows and distributes produce from farms near Kansas City, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
