Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Juniper Foods Group and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for allergen controls. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
