Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Cleveland area, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 517 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
