Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Greenridge Ashton Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Tucson with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for test reports. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
