Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Amberfield Basin Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for client sites. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
