Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Harborlight Meadow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Philadelphia region. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 853 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
