Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Silverline Junction Construction is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Knowledge of freight terms.
