Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Knowledge of freight terms.
