Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Clearpath Vista Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Rochester plant. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
