Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Wren Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 412 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Knowledge of freight terms.
