Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Kestrel Markets and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for pricing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
