Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Cedar Clear Foods is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for production batches. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
