Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Northwind Harbor Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Fort Worth area. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
