Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Nest Manufacturing and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for scrap and rework. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
