Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Bright Keystone Farms is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for harvest schedules. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
