Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Orchard Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Miami with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 708 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for landfill records. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
