Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Redstone Glen Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Richmond. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
