Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Nest Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for production lines. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
