Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Amberfield River Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Madison. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer orders. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
