Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Stonegate Harbor Freight is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
