Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (remote)

Highbridge Lakeside Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Omaha, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for seasonal crews. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
