Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Pittsburgh, PA)

Foxglove Hollow Telecom is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
