Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Orlando, FL)

Silverline Mill Farms is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for field records. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
