Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Meadow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Orlando with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for store inventory. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
