Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath River Press produces print and digital publications in Orlando, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for print quotes. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
