Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ridge Construction and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
