Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Junction Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Orlando with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Senior Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for pricing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
