Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge West Freight and adding a Senior Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
