Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Sable Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Omaha, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 644 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
