Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Oklahoma City, OK)

Lumen Iron Markets is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 981 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with online orders.
