Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Lakeside Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for weigh tickets. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
