Senior Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline River Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Oklahoma City plant, and we need a Senior Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 670 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for machine downtime. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
